Our Experience Booking Policy

Booking Requirements

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

Early appointments before standard opening hours and extended appointments past 2:00 PM are available by request only and must be approved by management in advance.

We accept bookings by phone, social media DM, and email.

Tardiness

Please arrive on time to receive your full service experience.

Clients who arrive late may have their session time reduced or forfeited to avoid overlapping with the next client.

If we are running late, your full service time will still be honored or adjusted accordingly.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered a late reschedule and will require a $25 rescheduling fee.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment are eligible for a full refund or credit toward future services.

Cancellations made within 48 hours will receive a 50% credit only.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will forfeit the full payment and may be restricted from future bookings.
