Service Booking Policies

Booking Requirements

  • All services must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm your appointment

  • Early appointments before our standard opening hours and extended appointments past 2 PM are available by request only and must be approved by management in advance.

  • We accept bookings via phone, social media DM, and email

Tardiness

  • Please arrive on time to receive your full service experience

  • Clients who arrive late may have their session time reduced or forfeited to avoid overlapping with the next client

  • If we are running late, your full time will still be honored or adjusted accordingly

Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice

  • Requests made less than 24 hour notice are considered a late reschedule and will result in a $25 rescheduling fee

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment are eligible for a full refund or credit toward future services

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours will receive 50% credit only

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will forfeit the full payment and may be restricted from future bookings
